Overview of the
Maritime Leadership Programme
The Maritime Leadership Programme (“MLP”) is a ten-day learning journey designed for senior management leaders within the extended value chain of the maritime industry who are responsible for the future business growth of their organisations. This programme is launched by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (“MPA”) and provides a sophisticated learning journey through Singapore Management University’s (“SMU”) renowned faculty, a global pool of maritime industry experts and senior maritime practitioners with established experience.
Ten-day physical (face-to-face) programme divided across 4 modules.

Flocy has a deep knowledge and understanding of the maritime sector, alongside rich experiences in designing and executing learning journeys for senior executives from different industries. She spent her growing years across the various ports of India instilling a natural instinct and passion for the maritime sector. Flocy holds an MBA in Foreign Trade and a PhD in Leadership, bringing to the table an array of strengths and experiences necessary for the successful running of the Maritime Leadership Programme.

ABOUT MARITIME AND PORT AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) was established on 2 February 1996, with the mission to develop Singapore as a premier global hub port and international maritime centre (IMC), and to advance and safeguard Singapore’s strategic maritime interests. MPA is the driving force behind Singapore’s port and maritime development, taking on the roles of Port Authority, Port Regulator, Port Planner, IMC Champion, and National Maritime Representative. The port of Singapore comprises a number of facilities and terminals that handle a wide range of cargo transported in different forms, including containers as well as conventional and bulk cargo. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) is responsible for the overall development and growth of the port of Singapore, which includes terminal operators, such as PSA Corporation and Jurong Port Pte Ltd.
