Ric Roi

Based in Singapore, Ric Roi serves as a core member of Korn Ferry Hay Group’s CEO Progression Practice covering Asia Pacific clients. As a seasoned business psychologist, he provides advising services to a range of companies to better align leadership capability to business strategy. He has served as advisor to a range of Board and CEO clients in supporting Board Renewal, CEO Progression, Top Team Effectiveness and Executive Development. Ric has over 22 years of consulting experience, with 15 years in Asia. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he served as a Partner and the Asia Pacific Head for Leadership & Succession Services for a global leadership advising firm. Prior to that he role he led the Global Leadership COE and the Asia Region for Consulting Services a leading talent management services firm. He has spoken widely at conferences and corporate events. Ric received his bachelor of science in Engineering from the University of Arizona and his doctoral degree in Leadership and Organization from University of San Francisco. He currently serves as an Executive in Residence for IMD, the Swiss business school.
