Tanvi is one of less than one hundred certified story coaches worldwide using this powerful medium for transformational leadership. Tanvi also acts as an executive coach to leadership teams . She is a faculty with the business school & program director with SMU Executive Development helping create & deliver high impact programs for future ready leaders. She is the founder of the WISER network.

Tanvi is a recipient of the Game Changer 2014 award by Workforce Magazine (USA), the change leaders of tomorrow award by the Asian Thought leadership conference, as well as recognized as Top 10 HR influencers on Social media by SHRM-I.  Recognized as one of the women HR leaders to reckon with by the Business manager magazine her views on creating the workplace of tomorrow have been quoted and published by international forums such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Business Times and Economic Times.

Michael serves as the Academic Director of SMU's Executive Development office and delivers programmes on leadership, strategy, implementation and digital media.

Michael launched his course, Digital Media Across Asia, in 2006 and authored numerous case studies examining the integration of mainstream and digital media, crowdsourcing, content strategy, and open innovation. For years, the course wiki Digital Media Across Asia served as the regions only aggregated sources of information about digital markets and their growth in the Asia Pacific region. In 2010 - 2011 he was awarded a Research Fellowship with the Society for New Communication Research.
