Kevin D. Asbjörnson
Managing Director & Global Executive Coach

Kevin D. Asbjörnson is a Master Facilitator, Leadership Consultant & Global Executive Coach (SSCC) who designs, facilitates and coaches within customized learning & development programs and workshops to enhance leadership, performance and productivity of individuals, workgroups, and teams. He is a certified in a variety of individual, team and organizational surveys, instruments and assessments including Hogan 

Assessments. Kevin is a global executive coach and facilitator with the Hogan Coaching Network, Korn/Ferry International Executive to Leader Institute (ELI), Singapore Management University -Executive Development, Najafi Global Mindset Institute-Thunderbird School of Global Management and member of the Asia-Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC).

Dr. Tanvi Gautam, Founder leadershift Inc works with firms across the globe to create more authentic, engaged and inclusive leaders and work cultures. She is on the board of ARTDO (international) and an invited member to the elite leadership think tank of Corporate Executive Board (The leadership transition institute - USA).

Her list of clients include firms like Microsoft, Exxon, Dell, Medtronics, TNT, Accenture, Verizon among others.Dr. Tanvi is a recipient of the Game Changer 2014 award by Workforce Magazine (USA), the change leaders of tomorrow award by the Asian Thought leadership conference, as well as recognized as Top 10 HR influencers on Social media by SHRM-I.  Recognized as one of the women HR leaders to reckon with by the Business manager magazine her views on creating the workplace of tomorrow have been quoted and published by international forums such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Business Times and Economic Times. She is one of less than one hundred certified story coaches worldwide using this powerful medium for transformational leadership.  Dr. Tanvi also acts as an executive coach to leadership teams . She is a faculty with the business school & program director with SMU Executive Development helping create & deliver high impact programs for future ready leaders. She is the founder of the WISER network.

Dr. Michael Benoliel
Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources (Practice)

Dr. Benoliel is the editor of Negotiation Excellence: Successful Deal Making (2011 first edition and 2014 second edition); co-author of Negotiating (2009); author of The Upper Hand (2006) and Done Deal: Insights from Interviews with the World’s Best Negotiators (2005). He also developed STARLET, a negotiation simulation distributed by Kellogg School of Management. Some of his media interviews include: ABC News; Bloomberg Television; CAN TV; The Deal; The Washington Diplomat; Reuter; Straits Times; and The Wall Street Radio. As a 

consultant and trainer, Dr Benoliel provided services to British Petroleum; Pfizer; Henkel AG; Keppel; Prudential; Applied Micro Devices; BATA International; Clariden Global; PTT Chemicals (Thailand); National Health Group (Singapore); Mekong Capital (Vietnam); Malaysia Oxygen; TNB (Malaysia); and Indian Oil. Dr. Benoliel received his doctorate degree from The George Washington University (in Washington, D.C., USA), was trained at the Harvard Business School in the Participant Centered Model, and taught at The Johns Hopkins University (USA) and the University of Maryland University College (USA).

In 2007, after teaching in the USA, Dr. Benoliel joined the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU) as Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior Practice. In 2008 and 2009 he was listed in the Dean’s Teaching Honour List. In 2010, he won the Innovative Teacher Award. In 2012 he received the Most Outstanding Faculty award, Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Class of 2012; And in 2013 he received the Outstanding Faculty award, Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Class of 2013.

Currently serving as the Academic Director of Executive Development at Singapore Management University, Michael has built his career around designing and delivering impactful executive programmes over the past 25 year. His teaching and research activities gravitate around leading issues in corporate communication, strategic leadership and change, and executive learning. In 2011 he received the prestigious prestigious champion’s Award for innovative course design and delivery. Michael has authored several business books and numerous teaching case studies,  and
his work has been featured in the New York Times and MIT’s Technology Review. His executive and consulting clients include Unilever, IBM, BNP Paribas, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Singapore Airlines amongst others. Having lived in Singapore for thirteen years, his international assignments have taken him from Finland, Slovenia, Japan, Germany to Argentina.
