STRATEGIC PARTNER
This session focuses on the critical questions all business leaders must ask and answer when creating and maintaining a successful business. We also review how you can know when yesterday's answers to these questions are no longer applicable to tomorrow's challenges.
In our increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous Asian business environment, yesterday's answers are often swept away by disruptive innovation, local or multinational competition. How can today's business leaders understand their markets and where to start crafting their strategies and business models. We will provide a context to understand how successful Asian businesses can flourish in a competitive Asian context.
