STRATEGIC PARTNER

In times of economic uncertainty, many organisations are inclined to cut their expenditure budgets to try and sustain their profit margin. After a decade of cutting headcount, cutting investments, businesses can no longer cut to grow. So how can an organisation strategically increase its revenue growth and also sustain this in a VUCA world.

This masterclass focuses on the critical questions you should ask in order to identify the successful plans to implement your organisation’s strategic needs when you are faced with demands for revenue growth. Importantly how can you implement new plans in your organisation to generate top-line growth?

Working in our increasingly challenging ASEAN business environment, yesterday's answers to growth have been swept away by disruptive innovation, local and multinational competition. How can you capture new opportunities for revenue growth in ASEAN markets and how do you start to align your sales plans with corporate strategy to capture disproportionate revenue growth.

So come and join us for an evening of insightful discussion and networking.
