SPEAKER'S PROFILE

The author of the award-winning new book, “Find Your VOICE as a Leader”, Paul N Larsen, MA, CPPC, is a certified executive coach and an engaging leadership facilitator and speaker. As a former CHRO for a 3-billion-dollar company, Paul has over 30 years of leadership experience at such respected organizations as Adobe Systems, Charles Schwab, JPMorgan, United Airlines and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

A current member of the respected Forbes Coaches Council, Paul partners with successful leaders and teams to find their unique “voice” and use it to create purposeful and positive outcomes for their organizations. As an executive coach, he has a proven track record in developing management muscle within the Fortune 100, start-up, and high-tech environments, consulting with such iconic companies as Twitter, Electronic Arts, Autodesk, Walmart, Oracle, Apple, Workday, Kaiser Permanente and SAP.

Paul is a frequent global speaker on leadership at industry and professional association events and is a current member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In his spare time, he can be found in Southeast Asia helping local communities as a Board member with “Together We Can Change The World.”

Dr. Tanvi Gautam,

Dr. Tanvi Gautam, Founder leadershift Inc works with firms across the globe to create more authentic, engaged and inclusive leaders and work cultures. She is on the board of ARTDO (international) and an invited member to the elite leadership think tank of Corporate Executive Board (The leadership transition institute - USA). Her list of clients include firms like Microsoft, Exxon, Dell, Medtronics, TNT, Accenture, Verizon among others.

Dr. Tanvi is a recipient of the Game Changer 2014 award by Workforce Magazine (USA), the change leaders of tomorrow award by the Asian Thought leadership conference, as well as recognized as Top 10 HR influencers on Social media by SHRM-I.  Recognized as one of the women HR leaders to reckon with by the Business manager magazine her views on creating the workplace of tomorrow have been quoted and published by international forums such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Business Times and Economic Times.

She is one of less than one hundred certified story coaches worldwide using this powerful medium for transformational leadership.  Dr. Tanvi also acts as an executive coach to leadership teams .
