This exciting new programme is design for Asia Pacific hospital leaders who have recently begun in C-Suite roles or whom are identified as high potential for C-Suite positions in the future. The three-day programme takes participants through the key areas of business administration for healthcare delivery in high impact, ever-changing and under-resourced markets.
Sponsored by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, this programme has a focus on exploring how data and digitalisation is transforming all aspects of hospital management, including a local hospital site visit to see these themes are implemented in Singapore. Faculty will guide participants in identifying ways to leverage new data driven, digital opportunities to create more efficient and effective healthcare institutions. Programme participants will return to their hospital ready to take action towards improved management practices and patient outcomes.

Faculty from Singapore Management University will lay the foundation of business best practices, present global research and share Asian based best practices from around the region.

SMU looks forward to welcoming the top leadership from hospitals across Asia Pacific and preparing them to take action towards improved management practices and patient outcomes in their home institutions.
