The urban population in Asia has been expanding rapidly, yet a large number of Asian cities are unable to provide basic amenities to its people. There is a huge gap between the demand for infrastructure development and the availability of infrastructure financing despite support from public funding.

To master this opportunity, bankable projects with reliable structure and professional management are imperative for investors, communities and public stakeholders.
Drawing on over a decade of experience in leading the Cleantech and Infrastructure industries in Singapore, Mr Goh Chee Kiong is actively involved in shaping many national initiatives in Water, Energy and Urban Solutions spanning related government agencies.
