Poh Mui Hoon

Poh Mui Hoon is an experienced Digital Director on boards of both for-profit and non-profit organisations. Mui Hoon’s career over the years has spanned various technology companies in areas such as electronic payments, e-commerce, data centres, systems integration and telecommunications. Mui Hoon is a member of the SID Governing Council and Chairperson of its Professional Development Committee. She is currently a Board Member of Singapore Pools, Sistic.com, and SATA CommHealth. She was formerly on the boards of various organisations such as Singapore PowerGrid Pte Ltd, SP Telecommunications, and many other private companies.  She is also part the NTUive Pte Ltd’s Investment Committee for the Strategic Research Innovation to evaluate innovative technology ideas. Mui Hoon was conferred the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award by the Institute of Systems Science, NUS, in 2011 and is currently a Fellow of both the Singapore Institute of Directors and Singapore Computer Society.

Parminder Singh

Parminder is passionate about driving and creating business models at the intersection of technology, content & media.

He currently holds the dual portfolio of Chief Commercial and Chief Digital Officer with Singapore’s public broadcaster Mediacorp. He is responsible for driving Mediacorp’s businesses across TV, Radio, Digital and Outdoor, besides leading its digital transformation initiatives.

He’s held top management positions in global blue chip technology companies like Google, Apple, Twitter & IBM.

As Twitter’s Managing Director for Asia, Parminder set up the social networking company’s operations in its highest growth markets.

As the Managing Director for Google he grew its display advertising business into a multi-billion dollar operation in Asia Pacific.

Parminder was one of the driving forces behind the IPL-YouTube partnership, which was one of the first live sports monetisation initiatives globally.

Parminder has been actively involved in exploring the use of technology for good and is the founding member of @incrisisrelief, one of the largest citizen led disaster relief technology initiatives.

Peta Latimer

Partner, Management Consulting 

Peta Latimer is currently Partner and Head of People and Change for KPMG’s Management Consulting practice across Singapore & Indonesia. She has over 15 years of experience advising companies in the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia Pacific on Workforce Strategy, HR Transformation and Organisation Re-design. Peta has a psychology background and is passionate about helping change the way work works.

Leveraging the Firm's expertise in behavioural change management, the People and Change practice helps clients realize the benefits of their transformation efforts by ensuring their workforce has the right capability & capacity in place. From digital transformation, through to M&A advisory, workforce intelligence and organization design, Peta and her team help clients create high performing organisations.

Peta holds a master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London and bachelor's degree from University of Sydney.

Katharina Lange

Dr Katharina Lange is Executive Director of SMU Executive Development. Providing expertise in leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship, she published case studies designed to teach in Executive Education classes, including topics of entrepreneurial leadership and business model engineering. She is certified in Hogan, MBTI and Globe Smart.

Prior to joining SMU, Katharina was Programme Director and Head of Practice Group Life Science Industries at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, Germany.

She has extensively designed and taught in executive education programs. Her clients include European and multi-national corporations such as UTC, Otis, Sumitomo Chemicals, Mondelez, Barclays Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis , Bayer AG, Skolkovo Foundation, Infineon, Shangri-La, IBM and Bio-Rad.

For Open Enrollment, she directs the EDB-SMU programme on Infrastructure Excellence, ALPINE, and the J&J Hospital Management Programme.

9 years of strategic consultancy with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte honed Katharina’s analytical, strategic and practical leadership skills.
